We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our team!
The chosen applicant will be responsible for overseeing all HR-related functions within the company, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. This role also involves policy development, legislative compliance, and health and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will foster a positive workplace culture and ensure alignment between HR practices and the company’s strategic objectives.

To support and assist the Reservations & Accommodation Manager and Reservations team by performing a variety of reservations related tasks as directed by Management; to oversee revenue management for school owned/managed Residences and Hotels.
To input and process the bookings received and send out all relevant information and financial documents to agents/direct/accommodation providers.
Check accommodation/courses availability before confirming bookings.
Deal with direct/agents’ enquiries; distribute information regarding courses and accommodation; work out and send quotes.

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic EFL teachers To teach English to overseas students as required.

Prepare and teach English to speakers of other languages, across a range of levels to multinational classes, taking responsibility for the successful learning outcomes of all students, in any of the schools owned by IELS.

To guide students and assist the IELS Programmes with all Leisure and Welfare related aspects. This position involves working on weekends and other unsocial hours.
